Prime Cabinet Construction & Finish Details:

1.   Cabinet Face Frames are ¾” Solid wood, doweled and glued.

2.   Side Panels are ½” Birch veneer core plywood in a ½” dado, glued and nailed.

3.   Back Panels are ½” Birch veneer core plywood in a ½” rabbet, glued and nailed.

4.   Doors are ¾” solid wood. Standard wood type is Maple. Oak is available as an option in the Montgomery Style Door only.

5.   Drawer Fronts are ¾” Solid wood. Standard wood type is Maple. Oak is available as an option in the Montgomery Style Drawer Front only.

6.   Drawer Boxes are ½” Solid wood four sided; dovetail construction, ¼” plywood bottom in a dado.

7.   Corner Blocks are ¾” Solid wood installed on all corners.

8.   Toe Kicks are ½” Birch veneer core plywood.

9.   Cabinet Shelves are adjustable ¾” Birch veneer core plywood.

10.  Full extension soft close bottom mounted drawer tracks 100 lbs. rated capacity.

11.   Concealed soft close door hinges, ½” overlay.

12.  Pre-Catalyzed Lacquer Topcoat applied on Cabinet Doors, Drawer Fronts and Face Frames, that is smooth, very durable and resistant to most household cleaners

13.  Pre-Catalyzed Colortone Lacquer Topcoat applied on Cabinet Doors, Drawer Fronts and Face Frames, that is smooth, very durable and resistant to most household cleaners.

14.  Cabinet Interiors have a durable clear coated finish for easy cleaning.

15.  Glass Door Cabinets interiors are finished to match the doors.

16.  Exposed exterior surfaces are all finished to match the doors and drawer fronts.

17.  Base & Wall Cabinets 9” thru 24” widths are available in 1 ½” increments.

18.  Additional Cabinet Sizes are available in 3” increments.

19.  Standard Stain choices in Maple include Butternut, Merlot, Mocha, Pecan, and Slate.

20.  Standard Stain choices in Oak include Butternut and Natural.

21.  Standard Paint Choices are Lace, Snow and Shadow.
