Our Commitment to the Environment

Blue Mountain Woodworking, Inc. is committed to the environment. Our lumber is purchased from local sources that hold true to sustainable forestry planning. We are continuously looking for better formulas of our finishing materials to help reduce hazardous waste and emissions.

Blue Mountain Woodworking, Inc.'s commitment to the environment extends further than just the sourcing of our raw materials and finishes.  A significant portion of the sawdust generated from our manufacturing operations is reused for agricultural applications.  Some years ago we adopt a very strong recycling program that includes everything from plastic bottles / containers to the cardboard / paper we receive from our material suppliers.
